Our highly-trained staff can fulfill your request for information from insureds via telephone, fax or mail. Telephone audits and voluntary audits go through the same quality review process as our physical audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
We do not operate an impersonal call center. Each telephone audit is assigned to one of our expert Field Specialists to provide your insureds the attention they deserve. Infinity Insurance Solutions provides nationwide coverage for telephone and voluntary audits.
Verified Phone Audits
With more and more companies raising the threshold of physical audits, we have developed our Verified Phone Audit program. The Verified audit is a telephone audit with all necessary records scanned and attached to the audit itself, if needed.
Our experienced telephone auditors will conduct the audit, gather the pertinent records and write up the audit.
With Infinity's Verified Phone Audit, all pertinent records are obtained and scanned and can be attached to the final audit for your review. If you choose not to have these records attached at the time of the audit, they are stored on our servers for five (5) years in case you ever need them.
