With Infinity's Fusion audit, all pertinent records are obtained and scanned and can be attached to the final audit for your review. If you choose not to have these records attached at the time of the audit, they are stored on our servers for five (5) years in case you ever need them.

Our Field Specialists are full-time employees. We do not have part time or subcontract auditors. The same auditors that perform your physical audits also conduct our Fusion℠ audits.

We are 100% paperless. Our Fusion® auditors have two computer screens—one to review the policy and the other to conduct the audit using our proprietary Infinity Audit Solutions™ software. Each auditor also utilizes e-fax software in which the insured faxes all records directly to their computer. They can easily attach the documentation with the completed audit or keep it stored on our server for future reference.
